WoSH is a startup with a transformational goal.

We want to radically improve construction quality, price and duration, so that individuals, entities and governments can make huge savings in their purchases or rentals of their building assets. – May it be a home, a residential unit, commercial or public building.

We do not want to keep this innovation to ourselves but want to share it with likeminded individuals and entities, either through franchising or direct integration into existing capabilities.

WoSH has an office in the “Energiehaus Luzern” serving as ‘prime integrator’ for our strategic technology partners

The Energiehaus is an independent center of competence for renewable energies and energy efficiency in Switzerland, a place for creative minds to exchange ideas and work together. It is reachable by public transport, produces more energy than it needs, boasts many e-mobility charging stations, several conference/meeting/co-working rooms and private office space.

We chose Switzerland as our base of operations due to its highly educated and technically skilled workforce with a mindset for continuous efficiency improvement and because it is the reigning champion, for the 10th year running, as the world’s most innovative country  Lucerne, located in the center of Switzerland, is currently spearheading several sustainability laws, such as requiring any new or renovated roof over 25 sqm to be covered by solar panels.

Lucern is easily reached by train or car from either Zurich or EuroAirport
