4: wosh buildings, homes or offices, have the ability to reduce energy costs significantly due to the very tight building envelope. very little maintenance costs. Equipment can be easily serviced and upgraded over time due to them being all in one equipment room.  Building owners can architecturally change the cladding of their façades over time with either functional solar or colour design changes. Inside, renovations and changes to the structures are possible due to masonry walls. recycling in case of removal of the house: all materials can be recycled, some can be re-used.
